1xBet: The Magic Cauldron – Enchanted Brew™
The developer's demo uses virtual credits.
The Magic Cauldron – Enchanted Brew™ is a Pragmatic Play slot built around a 7x7 symbol grid, connected wins and continuing tumbles. Its unusual features include a filling cauldron, up to five random modifiers, two different wild symbols, and marked Moon Seed symbols.
The official studio demo provides the clearest starting point for learning these rules. Its Pragmatic Play demo and game rules lets you inspect the paytable and spin with virtual credits. The information control sits at the lower left, while Spin and stake appears below the right side of the grid.
How wins form on the 7x7 grid
Every paying symbol pays in blocks of at least five connected symbols. Connections run horizontally or vertically, and diagonals do not count. Several separate blocks can win during the same sequence, even when they contain different paying symbols.
The rules also settle overlapping interpretations clearly. Only the highest win is paid for each winning combination. Wins from different blocks are then added together, and the total is multiplied by the base bet.
- A spin fills the 7x7 grid with symbols.
- Connected blocks of at least five matching symbols form winning combinations.
- Each combination pays its highest applicable value.
- Winning symbols disappear, allowing remaining symbols to fall into the gaps.
- New symbols enter from above, and the process continues while wins remain.
This means one paid spin may create several rounds of combinations. The result is not paid in fragments. All wins from the spin, its tumbles and any triggered modifiers are added to the balance after that sequence finishes.
Paytable values and symbol groups
The following values come from the Pragmatic Play demo paytable. They are actual awards in virtual credits at the observed two-credit total stake. Do not multiply the displayed award by the stake again.
| Symbol | 5 connected | 6 connected | 7 connected | 8 connected | 9 connected | 10–11 connected | 12–14 connected | 15–49 connected |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Yellow potion | 2 | 4 | 6 | 10 | 16 | 40 | 100 | 1000 |
| Pink potion | 1.4 | 2 | 4 | 6 | 8 | 20 | 40 | 400 |
| Blue potion | 1 | 1.6 | 2 | 4 | 6 | 10 | 20 | 200 |
| Green potion | 0.8 | 1.4 | 2 | 3 | 4 | 6 | 10 | 100 |
| Purple orb | 0.3 | 0.4 | 0.8 | 1 | 1.6 | 2 | 8 | 20 |
| Green orb | 0.3 | 0.4 | 0.8 | 1 | 1.4 | 2 | 6 | 10 |
| Red-orange orb | 0.2 | 0.3 | 0.4 | 0.6 | 1 | 1.6 | 2 | 6 |
| Blue orb | 0.2 | 0.3 | 0.4 | 0.6 | 1 | 1.4 | 2 | 4 |
The table groups four higher-paying potions and four lower-paying orbs. Read the column for the size of the connected block.
How the cauldron grants modifiers
The cauldron beside the reels tracks winning symbols that explode during tumbles. Each one adds to the collection. Once 25 have gathered, the game awards a random modifier, and that modifier runs after the current tumbles finish.
Collection can continue within the same tumble sequence. A single spin may therefore award several modifiers. The fifth modifier is possible after 125 collected winning symbols, and collection then stops for that spin.
| Position | Collection threshold | Modifier selection |
|---|---|---|
| First | 25 collected symbols | One of the first four types |
| Second | 50 collected symbols | One of the first four types |
| Third | 75 collected symbols | One of the first four types |
| Fourth | 100 collected symbols | One of the first four types |
| Fifth | 125 collected symbols | Potion of Darkness or Unicorn Dust |
Modifiers belong to the tumble sequence in which they were collected. They do not simply wait for a later paid spin. Their results are included in the round history as part of the whole win.
The five modifier effects
The first four awards come from Befuddlement, Invisibrew, Enlarging Ale and Balm of Transfiguration. The fifth award comes from Potion of Darkness or Unicorn Dust. Each changes the grid in a different way.
- Befuddlement: every high-value symbol on the grid becomes a low-value symbol.
- Invisibrew: all low-value symbols disappear, and replacement symbols fall from above.
- Enlarging Ale: a random 3x3 or 4x4 block of one paying symbol is added in a random position.
- Balm of Transfiguration: one random low-paying symbol becomes a random high-paying symbol.
- Potion of Darkness: low-value symbols are removed, while only high-value symbols fall into the gaps.
- Unicorn Dust: three or four Unicorn Wild symbols appear with starting multipliers of 1x or 2x.
Potion of Darkness ends when no further winning combination forms through tumbling. Unicorn Dust follows its own multiplier process, which continues while participating Unicorn Wilds can move into empty positions.
For example, a sequence with 50 collected symbols reaches two modifier thresholds. It does not yet enter the fifth-award pool. If the fifth modifier starts with a grid that cannot form a win from its effect, the rules allow the grid to clear and be replaced until a win can form.
Wild, Unicorn Wild and Moon Seed
WILD and UNICORN WILD are related, but they are not interchangeable. The standard WILD substitutes for every symbol except UNICORN WILD. It enters through Elixir Wilds or Moon Seed. The UNICORN WILD substitutes for every symbol except WILD, and it enters through its own feature.
Either wild can take part in several winning blocks made from different paying symbols. Their separate substitution rules matter when a marked combination meets the Unicorn Dust modifier. A standard WILD created by Moon Seed cannot overlap an existing Unicorn Wild.
Elixir Wilds can add four to eight standard wild symbols after a paid spin produces no win. These wilds occupy random positions and replace symbols already on the grid. The feature is not described as a separate free-spin mode in the documented rules.
What Moon Seed changes
At each spin, Moon Seed can mark every instance of one randomly selected low-value symbol. The mark remains on that symbol during the spin and any following tumbles or modifiers. New symbols of the same type arriving from above also receive the mark.
When a winning combination contains at least five marked symbols, two standard Wilds remain in empty spots after the marked symbols disappear.
How Unicorn Dust multipliers grow
Unicorn Dust places three or four Unicorn Wild symbols on random positions. Each begins with a 1x or 2x multiplier, applied to every combination it joins. When two unicorns share one winning combination, their multipliers are added.
During later tumbles, a participating Unicorn Wild stays on the grid. Its multiplier rises by 1x, and it moves to a random empty position before new symbols fall. Growth stops at 20x. The feature also ends when no wins remain or no suitable empty position is available.
Reading the official Pragmatic Play demo
The studio intro arrow is placed on the right below the logo. The information panel contains eight pages, so the paytable, wild rules, tumble rules, modifiers and settlement details can be reviewed before playing.
- Open the lower-left information control to review the eight rules pages.
- Use the Spin and stake control below the right side of the grid.
- Press SPACE or ENTER to start and stop a spin from the keyboard.
We opened the studio demo on 7 November 2026 at widths of 1,440 and 390 pixels. Both reached the board. The desktop Information panel showed 100,000 virtual credits and a two-credit stake. We inspected those screens without sampling a spin.
1xBet and the Enchanted Brew edition
This page covers the specific Pragmatic Play edition titled The Magic Cauldron – Enchanted Brew™. It is separate from other games with similar cauldron or enchantment names, so their feature rules should not be substituted.
On 1xBet, match the full title and studio, then compare the 7×7 board and the two Wild types. The demo uses virtual credits. It cannot establish which version a specific account can open.
