1xBet and PGL Extend Their Esports Partnership Through 2029

PGL's official news index dates its 1xBet partnership extension through 2029 to 9 September 2026. Trade coverage appeared on 14 September 2026.

What the 1xBet Extension Actually Covers

The partners said the extended deal keeps 1xBet as the only betting partner for PGL Counter-Strike 2 and Dota 2 events. The package covers Tier-1 Counter-Strike 2 events, CS2 Majors and Dota 2 championships.

The deal also keeps broadcast integrations. It covers digital-platform integration and special event activations too. Both partners say their projects go past live broadcasts. A PGL spokesperson said they plan new formats over several seasons.

Background: The 2025 1xBet–PGL Agreement

PGL first named 1xBet as its only global betting partner on 12 February 2025. That deal ran two years, through 2026. It gave 1xBet broadcast rights and ad spots at PGL events. PGL Cluj-Napoca 2025 in Romania was the first event under that deal. Its prize pool was 1.25 million US dollars.
