Dragon Spins trigger and starting awards

Dragon Spins are triggered by landing scatters: three scatters award 9 Dragon Spins, and each additional scatter adds 3 more spins. Because one scatter can land per reel, up to 5 scatters can appear on a spin, giving a maximum of 15 initial Dragon Spins.
