Beware The Deep Megaways™: Demo and Rules for 1xBet Readers
The developer's demo uses virtual credits.
Beware The Deep Megaways is a six-reel Pragmatic Play game with a separate bottom row. The game removes winning symbols and drops replacements. Four or more Bonus symbols open a choice of two free-spins modes. Here is how that choice changes the round, and how to read the virtual paytable.
What the board looks like in the Pragmatic Play demo
The official demo places the virtual-credit board straight on screen. An Information control sits below on the left, while Spin and stake controls sit below on the right. Opening Information gives nine pages of help, including the paytable and the rules for each feature.
The session showed 100,000 virtual credits and a two-credit stake. The alternative 2.50-credit switch was off. No options were activated.
The board uses six reels. Reels 1 and 6 can hold up to seven symbols each. Reels 2 to 5 hold up to six symbols plus a separate symbol on the bottom row. That bottom row spins on its own, and it moves from right to left rather than following the other reels.
How a win is formed and paid
Read a match from the leftmost reel across adjacent reels. A gap breaks the match. The match length required depends on the symbol. There are up to 117,649 possible ways, so there are no fixed paylines to select.
Two settlement rules are easy to miss. Only the highest win is paid for a winning combination on the same pay way. When you win on several pay ways at once, all of those wins are added into the total. Free spins and bonus wins are added to the pay way win, and every win is multiplied by the base bet. All values are shown as actual wins in coins.
Wins from one base spin are not credited until every tumble it produced has finished. The free spins win is paid after the round completes, and the free spins total shown in the history holds the whole win of that cycle.
The paytable, as shown in the studio demo
The values below come from the demo paytable at a stake of 2. They are already actual awards, so there is no need to multiply them by the stake again. A dash means the demo showed no award for that match count.
| Symbol | 2 matches | 3 matches | 4 matches | 5 matches | 6 matches |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Yellow diver | 1 | 2 | 3 | 5 | 10 |
| Treasure chest | – | 1 | 1.5 | 3 | 6 |
| Swordfish | – | 0.5 | 1.5 | 2 | 4 |
| Diver helmet | – | 0.5 | 1 | 1.5 | 2 |
| Bell | – | 0.4 | 0.6 | 1 | 1.5 |
| A | – | 0.4 | 0.6 | 1 | 1.5 |
| K and Q, each | – | 0.3 | 0.5 | 0.8 | 1.2 |
| J and 10, each | – | 0.2 | 0.4 | 0.6 | 1 |
The yellow diver is the highest paying symbol, rising from 1 credit for a pair to 10 for six. The two low card ranks pay the least, topping out at 1 credit for six of a kind.
For example, place three yellow divers on reels 1, 2 and 3 and no matching symbol on reel 4. The native table shows 2 virtual credits for a three-symbol match at the inspected stake. This explains the rule; it is not a recorded result.
Tumbles: the cascade that keeps the board moving
After every spin, winning combinations are paid and the winning symbols disappear. The remaining symbols fall to the bottom of the screen, and the empty positions are filled from above. Symbols arriving this way are the same size as the initial spin result, before any tumbles.
Tumbling continues until a tumble produces no further winning combination. Because the empty spaces are refilled, one paid spin can generate several rounds of wins before the sequence stops.
Wild symbols and the multiplier ladder
The Wild appears only on the bottom row of reels 2 to 5. It stands in for any symbol except Bonus. It also has a random multiplier. That value adds to the total multiplier for the later tumbles of the same spin.
In the base game the wild multipliers available are 2x, 3x, 4x, 5x, 6x, 10x or 25x. Inside the free spins feature the range widens to include 50x and 100x.
MYSTERY symbols work as a group. Whenever they hit, they all turn into the same random paying symbol, which then counts as a normal match when the win is evaluated.
Choosing between the two free spins modes
Hitting four or more BONUS symbols triggers the free spins feature. Before the round starts you choose one of two modes, and the choice changes what the round is actually worth.
Both modes use the same skeleton. Every tumble raises a total multiplier for the round by 1x, and multipliers landing on wild symbols add to that total as well. Special reels are in play during the feature in both cases. The difference is what ends the round and what the total multiplier is aimed at.
The Deep free spins mode
In The Deep, the round ends when all free spins have been played. The starting award depends on how many BONUS symbols triggered it: 10 spins for 4, 12 for 5, 14 for 6 and 16 for 7. If the round starts at 16 spins, gambling is not possible.
Before starting you may gamble for more spins or collect what you already have. The wheel lands on a win or lose position. A win raises the spin count one level, a loss lowers it one level. Gambling ends if you lose consecutively down to the 6-spin level, or win consecutively up to the 16-spin level. The round then starts.
During the round, a BONUS symbol landing on top of a wild locks that wild in place for 1, 2 or 3 subsequent tumbles, and each time it gets a new random multiplier. Hitting 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 BONUS symbols during the round awards 2, 4, 6, 8 or 10 extra free spins.
Even Deeper free spins mode
Even Deeper uses a guaranteed multiplier instead of a spin count as the target. The round ends once a set guaranteed multiplier level is reached in the total multiplier.
The starting guaranteed multiplier depends on the trigger: 15x for 4 BONUS symbols, 20x for 5, 25x for 6 and 30x for 7. If the round starts at 30x, gambling is not possible.
The gamble wheel here works on the multiplier. A win raises the guaranteed multiplier one level and a loss lowers it one level. Gambling ends after consecutive losses reach the 10x level, or consecutive wins reach the 30x level. The free spins round starts when gambling ends.
The same lock rule applies during Even Deeper. A locked Wild can carry through to a later tumble.
The bet multiplier and the gamble screens
At the documented 25× multiplier setting, more Bonus symbols appear on the reels, which raises the natural chance of starting free spins. The Buy Free Spins option is disabled at that setting. The alternate stake switch was off during the inspection.
How to identify the edition on 1xBet
On 1xBet, look for both the Pragmatic Play studio name and the full title, Beware The Deep Megaways. Compare the board with the separate bottom row in the studio rules. A title without that row may be another game. The studio demo does not show what a specific operator account can open.
Quick reference for the demo controls
We opened the English demo on 7 November 2026. The desktop layout was 1,440 pixels wide and the mobile layout was 390 pixels wide. In both, the studio reached the virtual-credit board. The paytable above was read on the desktop rules screen. We did not sample a spin.
For the studio's own description and demo, use the official Pragmatic Play page for Beware The Deep Megaways.
